Personalised Memorial Paw Keychain
Remembering the memory of a loved pet with a personalised memorial containing ashes or fur plus one photo .
Pieces can include different layers of resin, with pigments/glitters/gold or coloured flakes and what is available/flowers etc. If you would like to include your pets ashes, they will be handled with the utmost care. Only a small amount is needed, about a tbsp max. or maybe more depending on the design you are looking for. Any ashes that are not used will be carefully shipped back with finished product.
Placing Your Order
Please add a note to your order at checkout that includes what items you would like to place inside the memorial piece. After you place your order, you will receive an email within 24-48 hours from me regarding your order. This will allow you to discuss further your exact requests for your memorial piece. Please add this email address creativecreationsbysgoffie@outlook.com to your contact list, as this email will sometimes end up in the Junk folder of your inbox.
If you do not receive an email from me within 48 hours please feel free to contact me via Messenger on Facebook. Email will be the main form of communication between myself and clients.
Creation and Shipping
Once a design created upon, the magic will begin! This period allows for significant attention to detail, the time to ship your personal items to me, the time for layers of the piece to be made and cured, and the time to ship the final product to you. PLEASE NOTE: Each layer requires 24 hours to set. Therefore, please allow up to 7 working days minimum to make and cure before your item can be shipped. Timing depends on how many layers you would like! This cure time is non-negotiable as it guarantees your piece is fully hardened.
Many variations in monitors and browsers, colour samples may appear different on different monitors/screens. I do my best to accurately portray items and their colours but I cannot guarantee that the color you see on your monitor or device screen is an accurate representation of the true color.
I hold the right to change/modify/add/takeaway design aspects in your piece with out client consent. Though this does not happen often, and if such event does happen, I will try to let the client know of future changes. For example, if a layer cannot fit in the piece I will remove.
PRODUCT INFO
Due to your piece being handmade, each one is uniquely its own and may have slight flaws, unlike “perfect” factory made items. However, I do my very best to produce quality items that make you feel excited to see them; strict attention to detail is given to each individual piece as it is being created.
This piece can contain one photos (2cmx2cm).
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
No exchanges or refunds will be given once the item is purchased, and work begins. If the work has not begun, a customer can cancel the order and a refund will be issued.
SHIPPING INFO
Buyers are responsible for paying the shipping for personal items shipped to Creative Creations by Sgoffie.
The final product will have free shipping for the buyer. All orders will be shipped via Royal Mail, Signed and will be packed securely. Once the final product is shipped, Creative Creations by Sgoffie is not responsible for damages or delays that occur during transit.
Please double check your address, I WILL NOT be responsible for incorrent shipping details or an address you are no longer at.
CURRENT TURNAROUND
As of 31/01/2023, it can take up to 2-3 weeks. (This will be updated frequently as demand and supply for this product is available) This time is based on when I RECEIVE the personalised items from you the client. When I receive your items, your order will then be placed in line.
As a high demand product, creating times may be longer. If you would like to know the timeline of your order, please feel free to message me before purchase as there may be a wait time on when I can start your order.
Orders will be completed in the order upon when personalised items are received from you the client. This process will not be rushed, as when dealing especially with personal items, I will take extreme patience and care to ensure the satisfaction of every customer. Customer happiness is my TOP priority.

Please make sure when sending your precious items or pet ashes to have tracking! Do not put them in a regular envelope with no tracking! This is to prevent lost packages!
When items are received I will do my very best to carefully store your items and make sure they are undamaged before being placed in the piece. With resin, buy purchasing this item, you understand the risks that any original personal item put in the resin could go wrong or be damaged. I will do my very best to make sure this doesn’t happen. Personal remains and/or items will be overseen with the highest care.
THE PROCESS
1. Input your desired details in the custom order field, then place your order.
2. You will receive an email from me within 24-48 hours with details on how to send personal items, ashes, etc., of your loved pet. We will also talk about layers and design.
3. I will notify you when I receive your package.
4. I will then begin creating your custom piece. It will take about 1 week to make and for the resin to fully cure.
5. Once complete, I will send your piece to you via Royal Mail, Tracked.

If you have any social media (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram) and would like your video process posted, please make note of your username during the ordering process. Publication of the video is not guaranteed, but I strive my best to video each and every creation where possible. If you would like to have a particular song with you video, you can let me know that as well.
